Taj not only sets the standard for cuisine in India, it upholds its reputation for culinary firsts. We introduced the first Chinese restaurant, Golden Dragon, the first French restaurant, Zodiac Grill, and the first International restaurant, Pure, to India. Appropriately, we were the first to bring authentic India food to London. The Bombay Brassiere is a stand-alone restaurant that has been patronized by a veritable who’s who of celebrities for 25 years.
Our chefs are international superstars, guided by legendary Executive Chef Hemant Oberoi. The restaurants of Taj Hotels are bestowed with the highest of accolades, from the Michelin-starred Quilon to the multi award-winning Wasabi by Morimoto. Dining at Taj is more than just a meal, it is an unforgettable experience imbued with lasting status.
